Are there any setup fees?
There may be a one-time onboarding fee depending on the complexity of your environment. We’ll provide a full quote after your free assessment.
What about hardware costs?
Axcient BCDR appliances and firewall hardware are provided as part of the Professional and Enterprise bundles, included in your monthly fee. Any costs for new hardware required will be provided in your quote
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. As your business grows or your needs change, you can upgrade or adjust your plan at any time.
What if I need on-site support?
On-site visits are available. The Enterprise plan includes on-site support as needed. For Essential and Professional plans, on-site visits can be arranged at a per-visit rate.
